AI & WELFARE PROGRAMS
Students in AP Language & Composition complete a yearlong research project on a topic of their choosing, titled the Discovery Paper on Poverty. For my paper, I explored the use of artificial intelligence algorithms in government welfare programs, examining the issue from pro-algorithm, anti-algorithm, and hybrid viewpoints.

NANOTECHNOLOGY IN WEARABLE DEVICES
STEM Independent Research is an experiential learning course where students delve into an area they are passionate about. This year, I am exploring the role of nanotechnology in wearable devices, specifically looking at data handling, sensor durability, and multi-modal sensing.

STEALTH-MODE INTERNSHIP
One summer, I had the opportunity to work side-by-side with a company founder on various projects for a high-energy imaging system. During my time there, I conducted research on suitable rack systems, mechanical chassis design, hardware, electrical connectivity, cooling, alerting, and other components.

CURIOSITY REPORT PROPOSALS
This past summer, I interned at Corgan, a top-ten architecture firm, on their research team. While I was there, I was tasked with researching and developing proposals for their annual Curiosity Report. This year's theme, Taking Action for Positive Change, had me looking at how we can incorporate innovation into our designs in a sustainable and beneficial way. While this year's report is still in progress, it was a great opportunity to work on real-time research pertinent to a prominent field in societal change.
